Taco Bell Is Trying to Make Pop Rocks a Legitimate Burrito Topping

Remember when Taco Bell shook up the whole fast food scene when it launched a breakfast menu? Well, the ever-innovative company is now testing something called a "Firecracker Burrito" at a few Southern California locations that stars "Cayenne Popping Crystals," or in other words, spicy Pop Rocks. The $2 burrito contains usual fixings like rice, sour cream, crunchy chips, and a spicy chipotle cheese sauce, but it comes wrapped in a bright red tortilla and is served alongside a packet of these spicy-sweet popping rocks. Youtuber Peep This Out! tried the new burrito and claims, "[It's] a little sweet, but I definitely dig it." If you're dying for a bite, the Firecracker Burrito can be found at the following locations until Aug. 16:

2720 West Edinger Avenue, Santa Ana, CA
17502 East 17th Street, Tustin, CA
1229 East 17th Street, Santa Ana, CA
