What You Need
Sea salt to rim the glass
2 ounces white tequila
1 ounce Vita Coco Sparkling Grapefruit
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Grapefruit and/or lime slices

Instructions

  1. Wet the rim of a glass with a cut piece of grapefruit or lime. Pour some salt on a plate, and dip the wet rim into the salt. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, VCS Grapefruit, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until cold, then strain into the prepared glass.
  3. Garnish with slices of grapefruit and/or lime wedges.

What You Need
2 ounces coconut rum
3 ounces Vita Coco Sparking Pineapple Passionfruit
1 ounce blue curaçao
Pineapple ring to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add rum, blue curaçao, and VCS Pineapple Passionfruit to a glass of ice.
  2. Garnish with pineapple ring and cherry.

6 ounces Vita Coco Sparkling Grapefruit
2 ounces tequila
1 tablespoon grapefruit zest
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 lime

Instructions

  1. Combine grapefruit zest and kosher salt on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, and dip rim in the salty grapefruit mixture.
  2. Add tequila and VCS Grapefruit to a glass of ice. Squeeze in the juice from three lime wedges, and stir.
  3. Garnish with the final lime wedge, and enjoy!

4 ounces Vita Coco Sparkling Grapefruit
1 ounce ginger beer
1 ounce tonic water
Rosemary to garnish

3 ounces Prosecco

  2. Garnish with mint and lemon.

Red, White, and Blue Sangria

What You Need
2 bottles dry white wine
1 can Vita Coco Sparkling Pineapple Passionfruit
1 cup triple sec
1/2 cup berry vodka
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 fresh pineapple

Instructions

  1. Prepare simple syrup by boiling 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup granulated white sugar. Turn heat to simmer, and stir until dissolved. Turn heat off, and let cool.
  2. Prepare fruit. Hull and slice strawberries. Lay pineapple on its side, and cut into half-inch slices. Then use a star-shaped cookie cutter to create pineapple stars.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher, and stir well. Cover, and refrigerate for at least four hours.

What You Need
3/4 cup Vita Coco Sparkling Lemon Ginger
1 lemon, sliced into 4 wedges
Small pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Place 1 lemon wedge and salt in a glass, and lightly muddle.
  2. Add lemon juice and ginger, and top with VCS Lemon Ginger.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Spiked Ginger-Mint Lemonade

Spiked Ginger-Mint Lemonade

What You Need
1/2 cup mint, chopped
1/2 cup ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup sugar
750-ml lemon-flavored vodka
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup Vita Coco Sparkling Lemon Ginger
Lemon wheels to garnish
Mint to garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring mint, ginger, sugar, and 2 cups water to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat, and let sit 1 hour. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large measuring glass or a small bowl; let ginger-mint syrup cool completely. Cover and chill until cold, at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine vodka, lemon juice, ginger-mint syrup, 3 cups water, and 1 cup VCS Lemon Ginger into a pitcher, and stir well.
  3. Pour into glasses of ice, and garnish with lemon wheels and mint leaves.

What You Need
1 bottle Rosé
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 can Vita Coco Sparkling Raspberry Lime
Lime to garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour Rosé into a 13"x9" pan, and freeze until almost solid, at least 6 hours.
  2. Scrape Rosé into a blender. Add 1 can VCS Raspberry Lime, lime juice, frozen strawberries, and 1 cup crushed ice, and blend.
  3. Divide among glasses, garnish with lime wedge, and serve.
