SNL Gave Its Own Twist to Your Average SoulCycle Class, and It's All Too Relatable

Imagine your local SoulCycle class held auditions for prospective instructors to prove their energy levels. That's exactly what Saturday Night Live put to the test during a sketch on Oct. 12, when host David Harbour and members of the cast brought their best impressions to the bikes. It takes a lot of practice to maintain that signature SoulCycle attitude — sometimes you've got it and sometimes you . . . don't.
