Got 5 Minutes? Try This 100-Rep Squat Challenge From Jeanette Jenkins and Kenta Seki

If your workout routine has gone stale, there's no better way to revamp it than with a 10-minute challenge that'll test your glutes, legs, and pain tolerance (in a good way!). That's right: the newest episode of POPSUGAR's House Call, hosted by Jeanette Jenkins, creator of The Hollywood Trainer Club, is a five-minute, 100-squat challenge that'll leave your lower body trembling. Jenkins and fitness trainer Kenta Seki lead you through ten different squat variations, including squat jumps, plié squats, and squats with leg lifts to intensify the burn in your glutes. It's enough to work your legs and butt from all angles while keeping things interesting — you'll be done (and collapsed in a heap) before you know it.
