Eve Welcomes Her First Child, a Baby Boy: "Words Can't Describe This Feeling"

Eve is officially a mom! The "Queens" star and Grammy-winning rapper gave birth to her first child with husband Maximillion Cooper on Feb. 1 and shared the exciting news on Instagram. On Feb. 10, the new mom shared a photo of her son wrapped in a blue blanket in a basket. Eve revealed her son's name is Wilde Wolf Fife Alexander Somers Cooper. In a heartfelt caption, she wrote, "Words can't describe this feeling ✨✨✨." See the adorable photo of Wilde below.

Eve first announced her pregnancy in October, posting an Instagram photo of her growing baby bump and writing, "We finally get to tell everyone!!!!! ❤️ You all know how long [we've] been waiting for this blessing!!!" The 43-year-old star, who tied the knot with Cooper in Ibiza in 2014, openly discussed experiencing fertility issues and feeling "shameful" for having a hard time conceiving.

"As a woman, you just think things happen naturally and I felt like I was damaged," she told her cohosts on "The Talk" in 2019, according to "Essence." "I felt like I was broken. I felt like, oh maybe I wasn't good enough . . . it's a very sad hurtful thing, but the more I held onto it the worse I actually felt about it about myself." She added: "Since I've shared [my experience], people have been so sweet to me. Even in the audience, people have come to me and hugged me and said 'you deserve it.'"

Her new bundle of joy joins Cooper's four kids from a previous marriage — Jagger, Lotus, Mini, and Cash — whom Eve called her "bonus children" in a 2020 interview with "People." "It did take two or three years to adjust, just our relationship with the kids. But I have to say I'm very lucky. . . . They've grounded me," she said of her stepchildren.

Congratulations to Eve and Cooper on their growing family!
