Emma Corrin's New Blond Buzz Cut Is the Epitome of Cool

Emma Corrin's hair is now shorter than ever. At the Wimbledon Championships in London on July 9, the actor debuted a blond buzz cut, styling their freshly shaved head with a cream Ralph Lauren suit and matching baseball cap that kept their hair hidden at certain points during the match. This is the shortest we've seen Corrin's hair in recent memory, marking a significant departure from their longer "bixie" cut and previous "mixie" style, the latter of which had enough length to vaguely resemble a mullet.

Corrin looked effortlessly cool with their new hair, enthusiastically reacting to the tennis match between players Andrey Rublev and Alexander Bublik on day seven of the annual tournament. Alongside friends, they laughed, yelled, and cheered from the stands, running their hands through the buzz cut at particularly stressful moments. Corrin's hair switch-up also did away with their bangs and platinum-blond color, leaving behind only remnants of light hair and letting their darker roots peek out from underneath.

Other celebrities who've joined in on the buzz-cut wave include Florence Pugh, who initially revealed her short hair at the 2023 Met Gala before dyeing it pink for the Valentino show at Paris Haute Couture Week. Lupita Nyong'o also underwent a dramatic hair transformation earlier this year, chopping off her sisterlocks and unveiling a quarter-inch buzz cut.
