You modify the moves; twist to your comfort. I have the same deal, but it's my entire spine and I still do yoga. My biggest issue with yoga now is balancing because I've had a few corrective surgeries to fix my club foot and one of my feet wasn't able to be entirely straightened, so balancing is difficult. I hold the wall/a chair to help. Just modify, modify, modify. Also, if your surgery was less than a year ago, stick to walking. Otherwise, you're pretty safe to do most moves. Always talk to a doctor first, though.

how can someone who has rods in lower back and cages/screws in cervical spine do yoga? I cannot bend like someone who has no implants?
