INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 5 pecans
    • 1/2 cup black coffee, cooled in the fridge
    • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
    • 1/2 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (1/4 cup)
    • 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
    • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 4 ice cubes

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth, about one minute.

    2. Pour in a cup and add a few ice cubes if you prefer an iced coffee feel, and enjoy!
