Healthy Recipe: Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 pint fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Place strawberries, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon, and honey in a blender or food processor.

- Blend until smooth. Drizzle on your salad and store the rest in a sealed container in the fridge.
