INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups raw spinach
    • 1 1/2 bananas
    • 1 cup coconut water
    • 6 strawberries, sliced

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend spinach, bananas, and coconut water in a blender until smooth.

    2. Divide the mixture evenly between the six popsicle molds.

    3. Add a bunch of sliced strawberries to each one. For looks, use a skewer to press each slice against the inside walls of the mold so you can see the red color better.

    4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

    5. Run under warm water to help the popsicle release from the mold, and enjoy!
