If you're unhappy with how your buns don't quite fill up your jeans or bathing suit, I can relate. Everyone on my mom's side of the family inherited a flat bum, but I wasn't about to sit idly by and accept it. I found that running and hiking up hills helped fill out my rear, as well as these exercises that strengthen and tone the tush.
