Matthew McConaughey is at it again running about town, but this time he is not bare chested and he is actually bearing extra weight.
Wearing a weighted vest like Matthew while running or walking is another way to increase your workload and by doing so you will burn more calories. Plus it is safer than carrying hand weights or strapping weights around your ankles, since the extra weight is distributed through your shoulders and torso.

Denim is a necessity, no matter the time of year. But with Summer in full effect, we should embrace a lighter weight denim, perhaps something with color, with pizzazz. I already recommended shoes, bags, bikinis, and jewels you need now, but what would your warm days be without some hot denim cutoffs, a clean jean jacket, a sweet denim romper, or a cool denim vest?

After the infamous "marijuana pipe" photo mysteriously surfaced, Michael Phelps was suspended from competition for three months by USA Swimming. But Phelps returns to racing this weekend — his first competition since Beijing — at the USA Swimming Grand Prix in Charlotte, NC.
Riding his post-Olympic fame has been a little rocky to say the least, and the gold medal winner has had to learn how to navigate in "real life."

Walking is a great form of exercise, since it's low impact, you can do it anywhere, it can get your heart pumping (if you walk fast enough), and it burns calories. I've seen many women trying to up their game by holding dumbbells as they walk to either burn more calories or tone their upper arms, but it's such a bad idea. Swinging that extra weight is a great way to tear a muscle or injure your shoulder joint.

After showing off his surfing skills and Surfer, Dude preview, Matthew McConaughey was back to his weight-vest jogging in LA yesterday. We've been catching a lot of Matty since the birth of his son Levi earlier this month, and this morning we finally got to see the first baby photos with Matthew and Camila. So fun to see (and hear all the gory details about) the little guy and the new mama, but lucky for us that's not all we get considering the Christmas pics come with the deal too!

OK, so as a lover of anything promoting exercise, I'm all for the Wii. Using it as your only form of exercise, that I'm not so sure about.
If you are looking to maximize your Wii workout you should check out these Wii Weights.

Matthew McConaughey took a break from surfing to have lunch at Coogies Cafe in Malibu Sunday with his girlfriend Camila Alves. He was back in his shirt and weighted vest yesterday for his daily jog with his trainer, which is making us wonder if he's given up his shirtless runs to make way for his new favorite fitness accessory. Either way, he's still right on track to being a very buff daddy — too bad it's his brother who's getting a reality show, because we'd much rather see hot MM.

Father-to-be Matthew McConaughey left a studio in LA yesterday at a slightly slower pace than his usual morning jog. It looks like all of his exercise in a weighted vest is paying off though because he carried those two bags with the greatest of ease. That skill should come in handy when his little one arrives and there's lots of baby gear to tote.
