I recently came across a nifty little weight tracking device created by Google, of course.
The Google 15 is basically just a simple tracking tool that calculates your average weight and puts it into a graph for your viewing pleasure. All you have to do is visit GoogleModules.com and add it to your Google homepage (what you see when you go to Google).

Pregnancy is a natural process that usually packs on the pounds. Some ladies eat for two and aren't surprised when the scale tips in a not so favorable direction while others retain water, which accounts for some of their excess weight. Depending on how much of a tracker the expectant woman is, she may choose to monitor her growing figure down to the ounce or decide to opt out of the entire process.

Expectant mamas love to know how much progress they are making during their pregnancies. While the mom-to-be may track her weight and ability to see her toes, doctors rely on other figures to measure the mother and baby's health.
The Mommy Measure takes the doc's tape measure and transforms it into a fun tool for mums by encouraging them to measure their fundal height (the distance from the top of the uterus to top of the public bone) each week and their belly circumference each month while journaling the results in a pregnancy tracker.

New At-Home Fertility Test for Couples
Fertell is a new at-home fertility test kit for couples. It screens for sperm motility concentrations and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels. Fertell may be helpful as an initial test for infertility, but for a definitive diagnosis it is important to consult a doctor.

I know, I ramble on about finding the perfect laptop bag as much as I do about finding the ultimate charging station, but what can I say — I just can't settle for items that are "meh" and mediocre.
If I had 295 expendable dollars in my wallet, I'd add one of these handcrafted Prague laptop bags to my online shopping basket so fast, I wouldn't have a minute to second-guess my lavish purchase.
Brought to you by Knomo, the makers of the adorable quilted laptop sleeves, the Prague bag is a part of the new chic Carnaby collection.

New At-Home Fertility Test Kit
Fertell, the first at-home fertility test kit, became commercially available in June 2007. The Fertell kit contains tests to screen for both male and female infertility. Men can test their semen for concentrations of motile sperm, while women can test their urine for levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (a marker for egg quality).

The Internet is a mighty tool for fitness. Seems odd doesn't it, yet somehow true. There are so many great sites out there to help you track and share your workouts, figure out your pace and speed, calculate calories burned, and even map out your run.

Discovery Health's 2008 National Body Challenge is coming up soon; you can sign up starting on December 27 and I think it's a great idea for anyone looking to really get moving next year. Can you say "New Year's Resolution"? The Challenge officially begins on January 5, 2008, and continues for eight weeks ending on March 2, 2008.
