Sienna Miller took her dog for a stroll wearing booties in NYC yesterday as she continued to perfect her walking and talking technique. Their outings are a good way to de-stress after working on After Miss Julie, which finally opens tonight after more than a month of previews. Reviews of her performance will start rolling in this evening, though Sienna's recent interactions with the press haven't been entirely kind or accurate.

When I was in college, my roommate loved to listen to relaxing music to help her fall asleep. I thought it'd keep me awake, but it turned out to be a great way to de-stress and drown out the sounds of screaming people in the hallway. I kept the habit until I started dating my now-husband, since the only way he can fall asleep is with complete silence.

While it is true that we begin our slow mental decline as young as age 27, there is something you can do to keep your gray matter fit — playing creative games. Crossword, sudoku, and Set are great ways to stimulate your brain and create new neuron growth.
Challenging your brain is not only good for your cognitive health, but it can be a great way to de-stress at the end of a busy day.

Finding ways to de-stress, especially during times like these, is critical for your health and your happiness, and according to Dr. Laura Berman, kissing can really help in that crusade. Of course kissing and cuddling makes us feel close to our significant other, but it turns out that couples who engage in that connectedness are actually eight times less likely to be stressed and depressed than couples who don't take that time for each other.

Over the holiday, I was shopping with a friend at a gorgeous smelling London boutique. It's funny to describe a store that way, but second to the great clothes and accessories was an overwhelming warm scent. As it turns out, they placed a Neom Luxury Organics Candle in each corner of the room to create a relaxing atmosphere.
