London Fashion Week, Spring 2010: Twenty8Twelve
There has been a lot of hype surrounding the Twenty8Twelve catwalk shows since they began last season. Spring 2010 was no exception with an impressive front row boasting Anna Wintour, Alexa Chung (maybe she scored herself a future Vogue cover?), Pixie and Peaches Geldof and Leigh Lezark. Much like Topshop Unique, the soundtrack to this show was early '90s grunge and this was definitely reflected on the catwalk.

Late last year Twenty8Twelve announced plans to show at London Fashion Week. Their show in February went on to be well received with a star studded front row. No surprise then that today they revealed they will show again next season, in September.

It had a star-studded front row so far with designer pal Matthew Williamson proudly watching his longtime fans take their turn in the limelight. The clothing was wearable in a London chic way, with plenty of denim, cropped jackets, and rock chick style.

Sienna Miller stepped out on the red carpet this week for a screening of her new film The Mysteries of Pittsburgh (you may remember that she made controversial remarks when creating this movie). She wore a body con red dress for the event, so close fitting that she commented, "Ooohhh, this dress is tight." Stylish Sienna teamed it with a pair of black Roger Vivier heels which were apparently too big for her as she reportedly stuffed them with tissue!

Their collection of subtly tough, slightly sweet menswear-inspired clothes have proven to be a success, so much that the sisters have decided to expand into accessories. This Fall, the label will deliver a 12-piece collection of leather totes, wallets, and clutches.

Just a few years after the launch of Twenty8Twelve, Savannah and Sienna are gearing up to take the label to London Fashion Week. The fashion showcase begins on the 20th February but this weekend Savannah revealed her slightly relaxed approach to designing and her unusual inspiration.
