One of the hardest things about traveling over the holidays is adjusting to the time change (if your travels require one). The key to feeling good is to get adjusted to the new time zone quickly. One thing I suggest is to set your watch (to the new time) on the airplane before you take off (from your origin).

We've been hearing rumours about Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil getting back together, and now Amy has got tongues wagging even more by wearing a ring on her engagement finger as she left a clinic in London today. Just last month she wore a shirt embroidered with Blake's Girl, and reports suggested the former couple had been sending each other love messages on Facebook, following Amy's dad Mitch allegedly finding the pair in bed together. They were granted a divorce back in July, but reports today claim that Amy apparently proposed to Blake, and he reportedly told friends:
"We both know we’ve only ever been divorced on paper.

An essay in this week's New York Times hit close to home. The author, mourning the breakup of a long-term relationship, used Facebook to keep up with what his ex was doing. I've covered this topic before in Tech Dating 101 posts; from using Facebook to get to know a potential date to how and when to change your relationship status.

Here are highlights from OnSugar blog Krissy's One Stop Beauty Spot.
Women, especially black women, have the ability to change hairstyles like underwear. I support you ladies no matter what you do — just do it right and take care of your hair. For the most part we all practice the same principles when it comes to proper hair care (co-washing, ACV rinse, trims, deep conditioning, etc.). I'm always willing to help people with hair questions and concerns, or at least point them in the right direction. I know plenty of people in that area.
Where I stand on a lot of hair issues:
- I'm anti kiddie perms and kiddie dreadlocks on children if they're at an age where they can't make that choice for themselves (unless, of course, it's part of your religion).

As we all know, Levi Johnston took time out of his busy schedule as a nut salesman to shoot some nudie photos for Playgirl. So here are some of the shots, which I cropped a bit for decency's sake. Even though there is no full frontal, we do see a lot of skin .

Remember when you used to dream about what you were going to be when you grew up? By age eight you probably knew exactly what you wanted to do with your life, but for many of you those career convictions changed quite a bit over the years. Since you've basically been weighing your job options since you can remember, you should know which job is cooler, right?

Yesterday I was lucky enough to spend an hour with Zac Efron! He and his castmates in Me and Orson Welles, Claire Danes and Christian McKay, talked about their new movie in a Q&A session with UK journalists alongside their director Richard Linklater. Zac looked handsome and casual in a blue t-shirt and jeans, and fiddled with a bottle top on the table while talking, he was pretty self-deprecating, as was Claire who looked gorgeous and was really funny.

I'm a big live music fan, as evidenced by my love of websites for finding live music near me and my dislike of tech-related distractions like texting during shows. While at a concert last week, I stood behind the most impressive sound and lighting boards that I have ever seen!
The lighting computers on the left were operated with touchscreens.

Ever since Twilight, we've been watching Bella Swan, I mean, Kristen Stewart, like a hawk. Her street style hasn't changed much — jeans, tee, and leather jacket are her usual M.O. — but her red carpet looks have evolved into something magical.
