Summer travel means you'll probably be heading out in one of three ways: planes, trains, or automobiles! Of course, these methods of transportation will get you where you need to go pretty quickly, but boy, can they be noisy.

I've been anxiously waiting to get my hands on the Canon Rebel T1i since its release in May, so you can imagine how quickly I ripped open the box when it arrived! I was stoked that Canon could pack such awesome pro options in a camera tagged with a smaller, more manageable consumer price ($899).
For me, the most exciting features coming with Canon's new 15.1 megapixel DSLR are the full HD 1080p video capabilities, a built-in dust removal system, the fun "creative auto" modes that let you experiment with different variations on the regular auto functions, and it also comes stocked with the same light sensor that you'll find on the Canon 50D — a decidedly more "prosumer" camera but that comes with a much bigger price tag.

With the popularity of cooking Mexican cuisine at home on the rise, and the fast-growing Hispanic-American population, it's no surprise that retailers, specifically grocers, are paying more attention to the Hispanic markets. More and more stores are bringing the Hispanic foods out of the ethnic aisle and into the mainstream sections of the stores.
Supermarket chains, like Publix, now offer Mexican spices among the parsley and thyme, and queso fresco and chorizo can be found next to the Parmigiano-Regianno and Roquefort in the refrigerator cases.

It's the sound of the siren, the pressure of the hose, the shiny polished trucks and the fearlessness of firefighters that fascinate youngsters. A friend recently hosted a red hot birthday bash for her four-year-old at their local station, and it was a fiery success! Though she put a lot of detail in the celebration, she did it without breaking the bank.
