I love yogurt and I really love Greek style yogurt, since it is already strained so it is extra thick and creamy. I was stoked to hear that Stonyfield Farm is now making a Greek style yogurt. I was even more stoked when I tasted it.

Did you know that an estimated 2 billion pounds of plastic are dumped into landfills nationwide each year?
You could be contributing to that number more than you know if you use disposable razors and toothbrushes, unless you use Recycline's Preserve line of personal products. Recycline, a company whose mission is to provide high-quality recycled content and recyclable products to the consumer, is single handedly trying to reduce the amount of plastic disposed into landfills.

At first I thought it was a new label, but it was actually a new kind of non-fat yogurt called 2-a-Day.

Plus the phytoestrogens in soy may provide relief from the negative effects of menopause (good to know for later).

Recently I did a post on Stonyfield Farms 2-a-Day yogurt. And scratch5 made a comment that sparked a question in my mind - How do all the yogurt brands compare?
Keep in mind that some yogurts contain modified food starch, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, and other not so healthy ingredients, so check the label.
