Connection to endometrial cancer
Excess estrogen appears to play a role in the development of both gallstones and endometrial cancer. One study found that women who had undergone cholecystectomy (surgery to remove the gallbladder) had a 50% increased risk of developing endometrial cancer. The connection was weaker in women who developed asymptomatic gallstones.

I'm a huge fan of spring rolls and I always order them when eating Thai. They're a guilty pleasure since the fried, crispy wrapper makes them full of calories and fat. I was psyched when I saw frozen Organic Spring Rolls ($4) by Blue Horizon.

All of the products are certified organic by the USDA, which is a huge step for a beauty company.

I came down with a bad cold over the holidays, that targeted my throat and left me with out a voice for three days. I think my young daughters loved having a mom the could barely speak, but that is an issue to take up with my fellow sugar mamas over at lilsugar. Unfortunately, my sore throat coincided with my ski trip.
