I was watching some old Ellen (I know, I am obsessed with her) videos the other day and came across her mom, Betty, trying out "As Seen on TV" fitness contraptions. One product, the Chin Gym, caught my eye as I thought there was no way this product existed but I was wrong, it does exist.
The Chin Gym ($39.95) is basically a really complicated looking contraption that promises to reduce the double chin and define the jaw line by trimming, toning, strengthening and removing wrinkles from chin, neck and jaw line muscles.

When it comes to push-ups, I'm a total fanatic. You can do them anywhere and they work so many parts of your body at once. The only gripe I have with one of my favorite exercises is that it's easy to get it wrong if nobody is watching your form.

Smoking and Skin Damage
- The skin of smokers ages more rapidly than the skin of non-smokers, even in areas of the body not exposed to sunlight, according to a 2007 study. Women in the study who smoked also had much lower levels of vitamin E secretions in their skin. Vitamin E may protect the skin from sun damage.
- There may be an association between smoking and higher frequency of a type of acne (noninflammatory acne) in adult women, according to a European study.
Antioxidants and Your Skin
- A study in the Journal of Nutrition found that a combination of antioxidants and trace elements supplementation raises the risk of skin cancer in women, but not in men.
Ultraviolet Radiation
- Overall, exposure to ultraviolet radiation from sunlight (radiation referred to as UVA or UVB) accounts for about 90% of the symptoms of premature skin aging.
- UVB primarily affects the outer skin layers.

Facial yoga is the trend that, despite not really taking off, keeps coming back. The idea is that by controlling your facial muscles and limiting movement, you can reduce the look of wrinkles, sagging, and so forth. A year ago, about half of you said you thought it was ridiculous to think that changing your facial movements would reduce the number of wrinkles.

Without a doubt, Viola Davis's dark hair frames her face beautifully with soft waves curling around her chin. Her makeup is fairly neutral with shadow and a touch of blush, plus some barely-there mascara and a bit of smoked-out eye shadow. Do you think this look is tops for this Oscar- and SAG-nominated actress?

Changes in face with age
HEALTH GUIDE REFERENCE FROM A.D.A.M
Information
As with the rest of the body, the typical appearance of the face and neck changes with age. Muscle tone may be lost, causing a flabby or droopy appearance. The jowls may begin to sag, contributing to a "double chin" in some people.
