After seeing photos of Lindsay Lohan heading to S Factor class, hearing Oprah rave about Sheila Kelley and knowing that Kate Hudson and Teri Hatcher have expressed their love for this class, I had to see what the excitement was all about for myself. So, I bashfully made my way over to an intro class to see.

Lindsay showed off her continued distaste for undergarments in NY this weekend. Linds, who could never be described as modest, seemed pretty comfortable playing a stripper in the upcoming film I Know Who Killed Me, thanks to Sheila Kelley's popular strip tease-based work-out, S Factor. The starlet isn't the only celeb who likes to work it while she works out -- Kate Hudson is also a fan of S Factor and takes classes in LA.

Along with a powerful, high-wattage hairdryer, a round brush is my secret weapon hair tool. Second to my prized all-boar bristle Mason Pearson, a round brush helps smooth and straighten my frizzy hair while creating bounce and shine. The key is to finding the perfect one has to do with size and grip.

I've taken an S-Factor Pole Dancing class, so I'll be the first to say that it is quite a workout. It requires strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, stamina, and did I say strength? I know many women are into pole dancing as a workout, and even celebs like Teri Hatcher and Kate Hudson have raved about it.

I've been talking up the S Factor Workout and the free intro class, so I thought I would share this video I found. While it is not by Sheila Kelley, it is in the same vein. This is the UK version of the "S factor" (and the British accent makes it seem more classy and more naughty all at the same time).
