The energy drink called Cocaine was pulled from shelves because of nationwide concerns about its name.
The FDA issued a warning letter last month to the distributer, Redux Beverages LLC of Las Vegas, saying that they were illegally marketing the drink as a "legal alternative" to the street drug and as a dietary supplement." On the company's website, the drink is advertised as “Speed in a Can,” “Liquid Cocaine” and “Cocaine — Instant Rush.”
The company argued that their energy drink has NO cocaine in it and nobody thinks it does.

Here is a Pilates move to work your entire being – abs, arms, core, hip flexors, and legs – called the Leg Pull Back (or Leg Pull Up). It is challenging and fun and a whole new take on the plank because here your back is to the ground. How's that for turning the move inside out.

If you are searching for something to serve a crowd on Super Bowl Sunday, think about making pulled pork sandwiches. Super-moist, melt-in-your-mouth pork piled high on a soft bun is both filling and celebratory. The pork is slow cooked and best made in advance, giving you plenty of time to enjoy company and the game.

For tonight's Sunday Dinner, I thought I would treat you guys to Brian's excellent pulled pork sandwiches. He followed a recipe from award-winning chef Michael Mina and let me just tell you, when he heated up some leftovers the next day, the entire office was drooling. It's definitely a Sunday dinner since it needs to marinate for 3 hours, but the time spent will definitely be worth it.

No matter how strong and fit I feel, I find pull-ups to be elusive. Not since my high school days, and surviving the President's Fitness Challenge with its one required pull-up, have I been able to do one of these macho moves. Now with the help of a superband — a giant, two-inch-thick rubber band — I have been able to do a few consecutive pull-ups.

About as good as condoms says a new study by the Guttmacher Institute. Of course, it's only true if pregnancy is the only thing you're trying to prevent. Condoms are still better than just about everything if you're looking to avoid STD/STIs.

Dear Fit,
I overdid it running on the treadmill a couple of nights ago. I ran hard and was in a rush so I didn't stretch or cool down. Then I put my heels back on to go to a cocktail party.

Suddenly sprinting now that it is Spring, may feel like a good idea, but your hamstrings may have a different idea. If you rush your training, something we have all done at least once in our lives, you're bound to strain something. Straining or pulling (the more intense of the two injuries) a muscle is a fairly common injury and both occur when a muscle is stretched too far.

I'm with you; there really is no perfect form of birth control. Either you have to deal with taking hormones that affect your mood and decrease your sex drive, or you have to use condoms, which can make sex less enjoyable. You can also chart your cycle, but one little mistake and you can end up with an unplanned pregnancy.

When there's a pinata at a kiddie party, I start to panic. Maybe it's because at a childhood party, I stepped too close and was whacked across the head by a blindfolded kid swinging a broomstick. But over the weekend, I found relief at a fete my kids attended.
