I'm grateful that there are so many different ways you can exercise your body. We can run outside, use cardio machines, take dance classes, lift weights, learn Kung Fu, and use fitness DVDs. With all those options I was wondering, where do you usually exercise?

I know a lot of you run. I like to run outside and on a treadmill - different forms for different moods. Some runners have really strong opinions when it comes to where they run.

It is that time of year when folks move their workouts outside since the weather is so dang nice. If you have been running indoors on a treadmilll and are looking to move your runs outside there are a few things to take into consideration.
- The surface of the treadmill is more forgiving to your joints so suddenly shifting all your runs outside can be jarring to your ankles, knees and hips.

There's nothing fun about having asthma. Your chest gets tight, you can't catch a good breath, you have coughing attacks and you have to pump yourself silly with steroid inhalers and pills just so you can breathe.
But if you have asthma that's triggered by allergies, you may find that getting your heart rate up helps - all that huffing and puffing gets the mucus out of your lungs.

For many of you, wintry weather doesn't exactly inspire you to spend time outside. It's so nice to stay inside where it's warm, but remember that it's also cold and flu season. So give yourself a break from all those germs floating around, and make time to get outside at least once a day.

I'm totally looking forward to doing tons of fabulous entertaining outdoors this summer. At their vacation house, my parents recently got a brand new gigantic deck, so there will be plenty of grilling, eating, and wine tasting under the sequoias. Judging from some of the latest bookmarks over in the Yum Market on TeamSugar, it looks like entertaining outside has been on your minds as well.

Kristen Stewart stepped out onto the balcony for a cigarette on a break from doing press for New Moon in LA today. Yesterday she was showing off her legs in short shorts, but the day of interviews called for jeans and a t-shirt. The cast will be busy all weekend long and tomorrow we'll be conducting one-on-one interviews with all the stars of the movie — we're looking for your questions for the cast and are giving away prizes to our favorites.

Though I've never loved the expression, there is some truth to it — there is, in fact, more than one way to skin a cat. It may seem irrelevant in an office job where it seems there's a procedure or a rule book for every task, but thinking outside the box may just be your ticket to getting noticed and working your way up — even in this economy.
Just take a cue from Pat Lencioni, a consultant who crafted a novel approach to writing a business guide — literally — by authoring an unconventional business book, that uses characters and a plot line to get the point across.
