If you're into long-distance running or training for a marathon it's imperative to stay hydrated. Carrying around a huge water bottle can be annoying though, and most hydration waistpacks only hold 20 ounces of water or less.

When you're running, it's important to stay hydrated, since you can end up sweating a lot. Waistpacks that hold water bottles are great for biking and hiking when I need to have my hands free, but when I'm running, I love the easy access of a hand held water bottle.

We are a pop-culture obsessed culture, comparing our realities to that of reality TV stars and voraciously devouring VH1 specials and The Soup.

Maybe it's just my uber crush on Captain Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly, or the fact that he starred in the biggest online sensation of last year, but I just can't get over Nathan Fillion. And while he graces the cover in this month's Geek Monthly, he explains why he's been the most requested cover boy in the magazine's history: "I'm big with women, and I'm big with geeks." Duh.

At the Nathan Jenden spring 2008 fashion show in London, the hair look was relaxed, long and loose with a rough texture. Nathan collaborated with hair stylist Neil Moodie, who used products from Bumble and Bumble.
Neil's inspiration came from an eclectic creative vision.

Nathan Jenden has literally learnt (almost) everything he knows from the best, Diane Von Furstenberg. The DVF creative director presented his own collection as part of London Fashion Week, with Von Furstenberg sat in the front row admiring his work. He chose to show the medieval inspired collection at Shunt, which is just round the corner from the London Dungeons creating the perfect atmosphere.

As FitSugar pointed out, you don't have to be Jewish to love a good potato latke. Well, the same can be said for a full Hanukkah dinner. I mean, who could turn down a hearty veggie soup, roasted meats and more latkes!

The comedy drama starts on Thursday on E4 and is about a group of teens on Community Service who find themselves equipped with superpowers after a freak storm. Their powers range from time travel and invisibility to sexual power and mind reading.
