Wakeboarding is like snowboarding on water. If you have experience with surfing, water skiing, snowboarding, or skateboarding, you'll have to try wakeboarding. It's one of those sports that you can really get into if you like to work on cool tricks.

I am so psyched for the warm weather. It's not quite time to slip on those water skis since the water temperature is still rather nippy, but it's a good time to start getting excited about it.

When school lets out for Summer, moms are challenged by tots who often want to veg on the couch while watching cartoons and playing video games. But entertaining kids through the heat can be as easy as opening the back door.
Imaginative children can build a tepees, tents, or secret hideouts in the backyard while sportier youngsters may delight in croquet, bocce ball, T-ball, soccer, or a few holes of mini golf.

One of the great challenges of Pilates is relaxing the muscles that don't need to be working. Undue tensions around the body can interfere with your ability to work the muscles you are trying to strengthen. The set of muscles that most people have a hard time relaxing is their face.

The actor went to help out in New Orleans but it seems he needed a little help of his own. The Herald Sun reports:
Penn had planned to rescue children waylaid by Katrina's flood waters, but apparently forgot to plug a hole in the bottom of the vessel, which began taking water within seconds of its launch.
The actor, known for his political activism, was seen wearing what appeared to be a white flak jacket and frantically bailing water out of the sinking vessel with a red plastic cup.
