First off, it's good to know that our bodies require 6 nutrients:
Carbohydrates
Fats
Protein
Vitamins
Minerals
Water
Carbs, fat, and protein are known as macronutrients because we need to eat them in larger quantities (grams per day). Our bodies metabolize them and turn them into energy.
Vitamins and Minerals are considered micronutrients because we need them in smaller quantities (milligrams per day).

It's definitely a tough call whether or not these rainbow colored micro vault tiny devices by Sony are as cute as the PQI intelligent flash drives. They might not attach to your cell phone, but they are super small and come in four fashionable colors. Making the ideal storage device, you can use them to back-up all sorts of data including documents, presentations and photos.

We all love potato chips - who doesn't crave that salty crunchy snack? We avoid them because they're not exactly the healthiest thing to eat coupled with the fact that they are so dang easy to over eat.
I just came accross this super cool kitchen gadget - the Micro Chip Maker.

This Premium 32GB flash memory PC will be very similar to the European models as each will run Vista, have 4.5 inch screens running at 1024 x 600, bluetooth, USB 2.0 ports, firewire and memory stick duo memory card slots.
Expect this Vaio to be available in February for $2,500.

It's a pig party! Now we've seen cute little oinkers here, before but the latest pet craze over in the UK are micropigs, bred down from a mixture of the miniature potbellied pig, Tamworth, Kune Kune, and Gloucester Old Spot varieties. Fanciers say they can be easily litter-box trained, grow equivalent to a medium-sized dog (45-60 pounds), and are fine for allergy sufferers since they have hair not fur.

I can't say I regularly tote around miniSD cards, but if this fun holder could carry a USB stick, I'd be all for it. These card eating straps which I saw on OhGizmo! can be attached to cell phones and cameras so you know exactly where your memory card is at all times.
