Matthew McConaughey is at it again running about town, but this time he is not bare chested and he is actually bearing extra weight.
Wearing a
weighted vest like Matthew while running or walking is another way to increase your workload and by doing so you will burn more calories. Plus it is safer than carrying hand weights or strapping weights around your ankles, since the extra weight is distributed through your shoulders and torso. Wearing a weighted vest is also a speed training method; you train with the vest and when you run without it you are faster.

OK, so I am not sure
Matthew McConaughey is one for giving advice on how to live your life, but let's face it, the man is ridiculously fit. I am loving his interview in Men's Health magazine and I especially love his mellow outlook on working out and being healthy. He
said:
There are some people who are so strict that they become a slave to their healthy lifestyle, a slave to working out, a slave to eating just the right foods.

Stand up paddle surfing, or SUP, has been taking celebs like
Jennifer Aniston by storm. For good reason too, not only is SUP fun, but it's also a phenomenal workout for the whole body.
Not that he needs any work on his physique, but it looks like Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves have joined the SUP phenomenon.

Much of Hollywood seems to have adopted the love for running and they sure seem to have taken an interesting approach to it, so in honor of back-to-school season I've passed out superlatives for Hollywood's Top Ten Summer Runners.

To many of us, the Fourth of July means stuffing our faces at a
barbecue with family and friends. No major harm done since it only rolls around once a year.
However, take a few pointers from seriously toned Matthew McConaughey (and his party pals
Jeremy Piven and Woody Harrelson) and offset all those extra calories (think
beer and s'mores) you're taking in with a few fun activities for everyone to do.
