Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Dear Fit,
I'm trying to lose weight, so cardio has become a part of my weekly routine. When it was cooler out, I had no problem jogging 30 minutes, about four times a week. I live where the temps are in the 80s and 90s right now with a considerable amount of humidity, and it's been brutal jogging.

Shia LaBeouf headed home after a trip to the gym in LA yesterday with a water bottle in hand. We've been enjoying seeing the actor on his shirtless neighborhood jogs, but apparently Shia's workout schedule goes beyond running. He's often shown his strong sense of dedication, and we're happy to see he's keeping himself out of trouble now that it's been almost one year since his big car accident.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel looked like a Nike ad as they jogged along the water in NYC yesterday before JT got dressed up this morning. The couple is perfectly in sync these days with Jessica declaring her appreciation for Justin's controversial but hilarious SNL skits. Justin showed his reciprocal support by declining to take pictures with Jessica at the Easy Virtue afterparty because he didn't want to take any attention away from her.
