There's a new fitness game in town and it's ready to work you out and make you sweat. Your Shape ($69), a new Wii game by Ubisoft, makes Jenny McCarthy your workout coach and training buddy so you don't have to sweat it out alone.
The game comes with a camera that you perch on your TV; it captures your image and plays it on your TV so you move with a reflection of yourself, like looking in a mirror.

Earlier this month, Nintendo announced the latest addition to its empire — the next version of Wii Fit, Wii Fit Plus. With new features including a wider selection of exercises, yoga activities fun balance board games, as well as more customization options, Wii Fit Plus is all about getting fit while having fun. I had the chance to check out the $20 game last week ($100 in a bundle with the balance board), and they've certainly made some huge improvements since the original Wii Fit exercise program.

As tempting as it is to just pick the highest setting on hot tools in hopes of saving time with maximum sleekness, deep down you know the damage it causes. While healthy hair can better hold up to the heat, thin or chemically treated hair should turn it down a notch. Or several notches.

Overview
