Ever wonder if your job is healthy or not? Mine is kind of funny — blogging is considered relatively unhealthy (sitting in front of a computer typing, all day long), however blogging about health and fitness sort of negates that fact. At least I hope it does.

Debra Messing looks absolutely vibrant on the cover of Shape's January issue, and why shouldn't she have that radiant smile? The actress's outlook on life is positive and she hopes that 2009 will be her healthiest year yet, and it seems this beautiful redhead is more than capable of accomplishing her personal goals. Dear Sugar,
I have been with my boyfriend for two and a half years. We now live together and both work full-time jobs, do well financially, love to travel together, plan the future (marriage, home, kids) and according to our friends, we are a great couple. I'm 24 and he is 26 and we are happy, however I've been feeling more frustrated lately about certain things.
