When it comes to preventing this odorous issue, I don't need to tell you to quit cigarettes if you're a smoker or to brush and floss regularly (since you already know that), so here are some other tips to keep your mouth smelling fresh.

I just started dating a new guy three months ago. Everything is going great except for one little issue that I have with him; he has the world’s worst breath! At first I just thought maybe he just didn’t brush his teeth very often, but after going away for the weekend together, I saw first hand that even shortly after brushing, it came right back again.

I am living in another country right now where the cuisine is very different from the states. The flavors here are so strong and because of it, I feel like my breath always stinks! It's disgusting to me because I have good hygiene.

Call it the daddy of all mac-and-cheese battles: Earlier this month, a new group, SF Food Wars, hosted its first-ever event, a macaroni and cheese cook-off. Twenty contenders — and more than 200 eaters — attended the inaugural event, which benefited the San Francisco Food Bank.

Nothing is worse than having bad breath. Unless you're talking to someone who has bad breath, because that can be pretty bad too! Unfortunately you can not really do anything about someone else's bad breath, but you can do something about your own.
