Last night, I was sitting on my couch trying to get motivated to go for a run. (I know, I know, my first mistake was sitting on the couch). I was feeling pretty lazy and gross, but I also just was not feeling like working out.

Far fewer feet were cut off in this week's episode of Mad Men, but there's still intense imagery. The way the episode kicks off, with a bloody Don, Peggy in bed, and Betty on a fainting couch, you know this installment, "Seven Twenty Three," is going to be explosive.

What began as a three-month fitness challenge among friends last January turned into a new lifestyle for Tyra Banks.

Fall TV is back, and with it comes the return of The Biggest Loser. Now in its eighth season, the weight loss reality show has inspired many viewers to get off the couch and get to the gym.

Hi Casa,
My boyfriend and I are furnishing his apartment, and are having trouble finding a rug we both like! The furniture we have already bought is modern, but I like to mix modern with more traditional accents so that in five years we don't hate the look we created. I'd imagine lunging for a drop shot would cause some wind-chapped lips over time. (I'm imagining this while sitting my lazy bum on the couch.) Anyway, athletes who face the elements while practicing and competing, need to protect their lips.
To help keep her game face ready, Serena Williams worked with Mission Skincare to create a silky balm that takes her through the whole set.

This commercial gets off to an unimpressive start — take a look at that rat hole they call a warehouse — and it only gets worse from there. "I say, I say, I say" are Frankie and Johnnie selling furniture, dance lessons, or fried chicken? Bad dancing belongs in every low-budget commercial, but I'm still trying to connect the dots between furniture and fried chicken— buy a couch, get a grease stain for free?

If you were put in a situation like this, how would you handle it?
Your live-in boyfriend had been holding onto his job for dear life for the past six months, but he unfortunately got laid off March 1. Thankfully you still have yours, but you don't make nearly enough money to hold down the fort for much longer.
