Known as the buttoned-up and tightly wound kitchen queen on Desperate Housewives, Marcia Cross appears to be quite the opposite when seen about town toting her two tots to the local playground for a swing in the park or a roll in the grass. TV networks, don't hate me — but I barely ever watch commercials. This is probably because my DVR is always full, so whenever I do watch a show, I feel the need to quickly get through it as fast as possible so I can delete it and move on to the next one!
A majority of you said that you occasionally watch commercials even with a DVR, but did you know that nearly all shows that won Emmys this year are more likely to have their commercials skipped over?

Countless crunches and multiple sets of Russian twists might tone your abs, but they're not so great for your back. Not only that, but they aren't functional movement, meaning the strength gained in these exercises won't really help you outside the gym. Repeatedly rounding the spine in a crunch or full sit-up sets the stage for a disk injury.

Matt Damon has been in A-List company during his time at the Toronto Film Festival, and last night he was joined by another famous face, Bill Clinton, for a dinner benefiting his ONEXONE foundation. Taking a break from promoting The Informant!, Matt opened up about the importance of his charity work of brining clean water to areas with limited access. He said, "I was in Ethopia couple of months ago and there was this hand-dug well with kids dipping their bottles into something that looked like chocolate milk.
