Not only am I addicted to LOST, but seeing all those toned and sun-kissed bodies really inspires me to workout and eat healthy (so I can look that good in my bikini this summer).

Evangeline Lilly (Kate, the adorable brunette) always looks amazing - I love her tousled hair, her golden skin, and her tough as nails body (not to mention attitude - I wouldn't mess with her!).

What does she do to look that good? She may be on a deserted island, but she told Self.com that she knows the dangers the sun can have on her skin. She's all about the bronzers and self-tanners - much healthier than baking in the sun - and she always wears sunscreen to save her skin's future.

Was she born with that strong and lean body? Are you kidding? She's obsessed with eating healthy and exercise is part of her life - she loves walking or riding her bike instead of driving.

Hump Day: A Missing Sex Drive

Today's Question:

"I'm worried that I do not have a sex drive. At all. Right now my boyfriend and I have sex regularly but I don't enjoy it and find myself making excuses to avoid it. I've read that this can be due to medication, but I don't think I've ever enjoyed sex in the decade or so I've been active regardless of any prescriptions. Any advice on how to change this and on how to enjoy sex with my partner would be very much appreciated!"

There are a couple of different pieces to this, so let’s take them one at a time.

First, have you ever enjoyed solo sex? Have your experiences with partners all been equally unenjoyable? Were there some experiences that were more fun than others? Do you ever have sexual fantasies? If so, how well do they match what you’ve tried in real life? Do you notice arousal if you read erotica? Have you tried using a vibrator? I ask because there’s a fair amount to unpack in the “I don’t enjoy sex” category and there might be some good information there for you. Any changes in your experience or variations in the pattern could offer valuable insight.

If you’re not sure how to start figuring these things out, I have two books to suggest. The first is Becoming Orgasmic, a self-guided program of self-exploration, with a lot of suggestions and ideas. You start off working through the book on your own and then you bring your partner into it. I’ve spoken with a lot of women who have been able to connect with their arousal cycle as a result of this book. I can’t say enough good things about it. The second book is I Love Female Orgasm, which is full of amazing ideas and creative suggestions and useful information.

On the other hand, if you’ve tried different ways to have sex with the same results, there might be something else going on. You’re right that a lot of drugs, both prescription and otherwise, can affect arousal. Have you ever talked to a doctor about this? There might be a medical issue that hasn’t been addressed. Not that I want to scare you or anything, but it’d be good to rule out the possibility that there is something medical happening.

Another direction that you might want to take would be to find a therapist, especially if you’ve ever experienced any kind of sexual injury or assault or if you find yourself checking out during sex. While not all people who experience challenges with sexual desire have had those experiences, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention them. Sometimes, even when we feel like those events are way in the past, they still affect our sexual interactions. RAINN has a hotline, as well as a list of local organizations.

It would also be a good idea to talk with your boyfriend about this. It might be really hard, but if you’re making excuses, he probably knows that there’s something going on already. If you can explain to him that this is something that you’ve experienced for a long time, rather than having to do with him, that could take a lot of the pressure off you. One thing - some guys have the idea that their partner’s sexual enjoyment is a measure of their own masculinity. If this seems to be yanking his chain, he might also find that a therapist’s support can help.

I’m sure that some people will make all sorts of suggestions, such as trying g-spot play, or a vibrator. It’s certainly possible that some of those might work for you, but the consistency that you describe your situation having makes me think that a quick answer like that isn’t the best place to start. Of course, I could be wrong, but at the very least, check out the books and see if they have anything to offer you. There’s a lot of great info in both of them, but if you’re looking for more of the how-to stuff, I Love Female Orgasm might be a better bet.

Chloe Sevigny Speaks About Age, Style and Men in Elle

Self professed "Hollywood outsider" Chloe Sevigny is showing off her legs and talking style in Elle magazine this month - the brand new issue is out on Saturday! You can take a peek behind the scenes of Chloe's cover shoot and also read some excerpts from her interview before it hits newsstands right here, where she talks about her style, dressing age appropriate, men and more:

On her style: "There are definitely some things I look back on and say, 'What was I thinking?' but I don’t think anything’s been that crazy. If those outfits had been on Kate Moss, they would have been fine, but because it’s me... I mean, sometimes the things I wear are a little weird, but not like Björk or Lady Gaga weird. I wish I could pull things off like they do, but I can’t. I don’t think about it too much, because I like what I like. But I do look at those stupid party pics and give myself anxiety."
On how it's changed: "I hate the whole idea of things having to be age-appropriate, but I guess I’m starting to think that way. Like, I really want floral Dr Martens. But I’m 35 years old. Can I really wear floral Dr Martens? Although I did wear a dress that had smocking to a party not long ago and it reminded me of a piece of candy. I looked like a perverted woman dressed like a five-year-old, but who cares? I loved it."
On boys: "Men are intimidated by me. My friends say, 'You have to find someone more famous and successful than you, or someone who’s so happy with their own life they can handle the attention you get.’... I want to be worshipped and adored, but then again I also love to be ignored. Hurgh! It’s the same old, same old ... For some reason, all of my friends are obsessing over the boy situations in their lives. I was out to dinner with three strong, capable, intelligent young women the other night and all they could talk about was men. I was like, 'If you don’t change the topic in the next five minutes, I’m leaving.' My life is not going to revolve around any guy. But there is something to be said about all of these beautiful women and no men around. Where are they?"

On age, looks and babies: "I’ve just started doing yoga three times a week, I feel strong and limber, and my sex drive is through the roof!... Getting older doesn’t bother me at all. Well, other than the baby pressure. I do want to have a baby."
On being a Hollywood outsider: ‘"I never really felt embraced by the community. I remember meeting an actress on the up who I really admire, who said to me, 'I might not be the queen of Hollywood, but I’m definitely in the court.' I would never even begin to think that way ... For a while, I was doing more commercial press, making more mainstream choices, going to certain parties, stuff like that. I tried to look a little bit more [she makes air-quotes] “accessible”. It turned out my version of accessible wasn’t really all that accessible."

Gear Review: Lifefactory Glass Water Bottle

I like staying hydrated on the go. But I also have my concerns about chemicals leaching into my water after the Nalgene fiasco of 2008, when we learned that polycarbonate bottles release the chemical bisphenol A (BPA) into our drinks, increasing the risk of diabetes and heart disease. Many people then switched to Sigg bottles, but it later came to light that this brand's older bottles had BPA in their lining. Where does this leave us? With glass.

Lifefactory now makes adult versions of its eco-friendly baby bottles - minus the nipple, of course. Lifefactory sent me a Beverage Bottle ($22) to test out and I've been carrying it ever since. It's a 22-ounce sturdy glass bottle, with a screw top lid, housed in a protective silicone sleeve. Here's what I love about my bottle: it holds a lot of water, the entire thing is dishwasher safe (both bottle and silicone sleeve), the water inside never takes on that funky metallic taste, and since it's clear you can see how much water you have left. Here's the drawback: it's a bit heavy, which shouldn't come as much of a surprise since it is made of glass. I tried the bottle out at the gym, and quickly realized that it's not meant for use on a cardio machine since you have to screw off the lid, which is an accident waiting to happen if you're trucking along on a treadmill. On the other hand, I appreciated the break time during circuit weight training when I needed a sip and had to remove and replace the lid. I think the best use of this bottle is on driving-heavy carpooling and errand-running days, but I don't think I would take it with me on a hike.

I must say I like the polka-dot design, and the silicone really does provide ample gripping action - even for sweaty hands. You can pick up your own Beverage Bottle from Lifefactory's website. I also found the bottles, both for babies and adults, at my local co-op grocery.

Jessica Simpson Doesn't Accept John Mayer's Apology

Jessica Simpson stopped by Ken Paves's salon last night with her sister Ashlee in order to have her extensions touched up. The trio left together once the process was over, with Ken driving the Simpson sisters away and Jess appreciatively tweeting, "Nice wagon Kp!" Her new locks won't appear today on Oprah, as Jess pre-taped the episode in which she talks about John Mayer and sex. Jess also opened up about trying fad diets after her blue jeans controversy, and shared a little more about John. "I felt betrayed," she said. "I hope he gets his life together. . . I've let that part of my life go. . . He did apologize to me; I don't accept it."

Savvy Savings Challenge: I Cheated - Did You?

I'm an honest gal, which is why I have to admit I've cheated. I've done an incredible job of staying away from clothes stores - or at least not buying anything - but for the most part, not shopping is pretty simple for me. I just don't shop. Case closed. Cutting driving to work out of the equation has been more tough. When I'm running late in the morning or it's raining, it takes all my precoffee willpower to resist the temptation to cruise on in instead of waiting at the bus stop. Last week, I made plans to have dinner with a friend after work and realized it was going to wreck my night if I didn't drive. (No one wants to take the bus after dinner, am I right?!) So I drove and paid $18 for my car to sit in a lot while I worked. I felt bad for sneaking it in, but a girl's gotta be social, and I've been so good.

You Asked: Is "Holding It" Harmful?

I do a lot of driving and running around for my job, which I love because I'm not one of those people who could sit at a desk all day. The only issue is that I don't have a lot of extra time to do normal things like use the bathroom. I often experience a full bladder and "hold it" if I have a deadline to meet or place I need to be. Aside from being uncomfortable, is this bad for my body? Do I have to worry about bladder infections or, worse, my bladder bursting?

Believe it or not, you're not alone. Many people have jobs where they go, go, go and don't have much time to really "go" when they need to. To find out of you're doing your body harm read more.

Have no fear because holding it instead of urinating when you feel the urge won't lead to a burst bladder, because it's a strong muscle. Holding it, however, may make you more prone to developing recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). When you wait too long to relieve yourself, it can cause the muscle to overstretch, which over time can actually weaken your bladder. You'll know if you have a UTI because it causes a strong urge to pee, pain in your urethra, blood-streaked urine, or a burning sensation when you do use the bathroom. If you've never had a UTI, I'd recommend doing all you can to prevent one, because take my word for it - it's not something you want. Not only are UTIs not fun, but they can lead to incontinence, which means you may lose your ability to hold it.

I'm also worried that because you're limiting your bathroom breaks, you may also be limiting your water intake to decrease your need to have to go. Not getting enough fluids can cause constipation, dehydration, and just makes you feel crappy.

My advice is to listen to your urge to go and make a point to take regular stops to the ladies room. Not only will you keep your bladder healthy, but washing your hands afterward will also help prevent you from getting sick.

New Puppy Alert! Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Adopt Kona

Congratulations to Nick and Vanessa, who added to their furry family on Sunday with a 1-year-old Siberian Husky named Kona! Picking him up at an adoption event in LA, the couple's not letting a little thing like marriage interfere with adding furry friends to their family already. Nick explained:

"I was driving down Ventura and we saw rescue dogs on the side of the road. Vanessa was with me - I don't make those kind of decisions alone anymore - but since I grew up with a husky, I couldn't resist."

I'm hoping to see a pic soon (and wonder how Wookie is welcoming the newcomer) but, for now, kudos to the twosome for adopting and for choosing a nonpuppy - dogs of all types and ages need love, too!

Hey everyone, this isn't an official challenge from buzz but I had an idea that I thought everyone might like. I love all kinds of movie characters but one kind always makes me smile, best friends. So I made a list of my favorite best friends and thought you might want to share your lists too! It can be any kind of friends, girlfriends, girl/guy friends, best guy friends whatever. Here are some of my favorites in no particular order:

Romy & Michelle - Best friends since high school, they live together in L.A, love crazy fashion and don't do well on their own. Romy & Michelle are great best friends.
Bill & Ted - These two are peas in a pod. They talk the same, think alike, both want to be rock stars but know that can't happen until they get Eddie Van Halen to join their band and oh yeah they travel through time together. Awesome.
Cher, Dionne & Tai - Clueless -These girls love to shop, give makeovers, hang out, none of them know how to drive and they always have fun. They make great best friends.
Wayne & Garth - Wayne's World 1 & 2 - Party on Wayne! Party on Garth! Got to love these best friends who have their own cable tv show, love rock and roll, and love to party together. Excellent!

Tibby, Lena, Carmen and Bridget - Sisterhood Of the Traveling Pants - These four have been BFFs since they were little and have always been there for each other, hey they even share pants!
Pete & Sydney - I Love You Man - These Rush-loving buddies love to have fun together, have jam sessions in the "mancave" and would do just about anything for each other, even take on Lou Ferrigno. Now that is what I call best friends.
Suze & Rebecca - Confessions of a Shopaholic -I love how much fun these two seem to have together, how they know so much about each other and how quirky and fun they both are.
Alan, Stu, and Phil - The Hangover - These guys weren't all friends at first but after an awesome night in Vegas that no one can remember, they become friends while trying to figure everything out and find their other friend Doug. They make you laugh and they even have their own theme song - "Cause we're the three best friends that anyone could have!"
Mike & Sully - Monsters Inc. - One is short the other tall, one has two eyes the other only has one, one is green and the other is blue. Who says opposites don't attract. Mike and Sully make great best friends, they always make me laugh.
