I love to dance around the house - it burns some extra calories, gives me a little pick me up, and makes my girls laugh and dance too. Which makes me laugh with joy; they are so cute when they dance. Well here is another cutie dancing around, and in a gym no less.

With a bandana tied 'round her head and baggy clothes to complete the look, this 71-year-old (!) woman can pop 'n lock with the best of them. She cleans to the beat of Eve, checks her moves in the mirror, and gets down with other grannies in her spare time. I want me one of her!

Nominees for the Royal Television Society Programme Awards
The nominees for the Royal Television Society Programme Awards have been announced today. While ITV has just nine nominations, the BBC and Channel 4 are leading the way with 64 nominations between them — 39 for the BBC network and 25 for Channel 4 and its digital channels. I'm rooting for Skins in the Drama Series category, Strictly Come Dancing in the Entertainment category, and Gordon Ramsay's F Word in the Features and Lifestyle Series category.
The Soulja Granny Halftime Show
A group of grannies got their bounce on during a recent Milwaukee Bucks basketball game. The halftime show had a boogie-woogie start with some good, old-fashioned swing dancing. It was charming, predictable, and a by golly good time!
