Reading while exercising is always an option to keep your mind entertained while your body burns it on cardio machines. However, all that jostling about on the machines can make it difficult to focus on the printed word, and reading can be a bit distracting. eDiets would like to remind you that listening to a "book on tape" is a great workout work around for reading.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt continued their media tour of NYC yesterday with a stop at MTV to tape an appearance for It's On With Alexa Chung and chat about their book How to Be Famous. The duo also had time for a signing at Borders, where Heidi looked happy to hop on a table and pose with their product even though one of our sources says not too many people actually turned out to see them. Rumor has it that the former presidential candidate made a sex tape with his ex-mistress Rielle Hunter. The claim comes from a former aide to Edwards, who is set to release a book on his experiences with the fallen politician.

Dear Savvy,
I have a friend who just "invested" into this MTM (like Amway) business. He's been posting about it all over Facebook and trying to convince his friends and family to join. He claims that it's legit and "it's early on, so you're guaranteed to make money."
