I was reading the Daily Buzz from BikiniBootCamp, yes even I need additional inspiration for bikini season, and I came across a tip that I just had to share — especially being that Mother's Day just passed us by.
We often use kids as an excuse for being unhealthy — that they're the reason you gained the weight in the first place, and why you need to keep candy and junk food at home. Stop this unproductive way of thinking, and start using your kids as an excuse for being healthy.

Bikini season is at its peak, so how come we've lost motivation at the gym? Probably because we're bored!
We've gone full force leading up until Summer and then we run out of ideas to keep us motivated.

Think Rio or Miami - somewhere sizzling hot and oozing with sex appeal - when wearing one of these metallic bikinis. They may be too risque for some, but these glistening suits are sure to grab serious attention when worn at the beach and beyond. It's no surprise metallics spilled into swim wear...so my question is: do you dare?

When we caught up with Lauren Conrad, the sunny California starlet was relaxing in her home we all know so well from The Hills. Lauren was friendly and down to earth, which was just what we expected from the everyday girl gone famous who we've watched grow up over the past five years. She stopped mid-sentence to ask Lo what music they've been listening to and walked over to her fridge — around boxes from her basement flooding that morning!
