For most of us, Labor Day weekend means a lot of fun and a lot of barbecue. Unfortunately a lot of barbecue could mean a lot of unhealthy eating so check out the links below for making this Labor Day weekend as healthy as you want.

First and foremost, here are some tips on grilling safe for a healthy bbq.

Spice (and lighten) up the burger with this recipe for South Beach Diet Chimichurri Burgers -- My mouth's already watering. Oh, and since you're being healthy, you might as well put it on a whole grain bun.
