I love a dynamic warmup, even more for feet. Before running, hiking, or dancing, it's a good idea to prime your feet and ankles for moving with a simple circular motion. Add these rolls to your warmup routine.

The Internet has become one big freakfest and this dude is on the fun. It ain't no thang to see him show off his fancy footwork on the net, but imagine seeing him ankle roll 'n stroll around the mall. Disconcerting much?

It would appear that Chelsea boots are having a bit of a moment. The resurgence of ankle boots has prompted love for the classic British style which has previously mainly been associated with men.
A Chelsea boot is defined as "tight-fitting, ankle-high boots of the Victorian era".

Paris Fashion Week rolled into the weekend and continued to draw a star-studded crowd to the runways. Katy Perry showcased a handful of looks while Rihanna kept her all-black streak. The girls checked out Jean-Paul Gaultier on Saturday and Karl Lagerfeld earlier today although they split up for the Sunday shows.

After wearing my new Nike Lunar Glides ($100) around the house to break them in, I took them on all sorts of runs while visiting the East Coast.
These shoes are light — one sneaker is just barely over half a pound (8.75 ounces according to my kitchen scale) — so they are great for traveling as well as running. Nike considers them stability shoes, meaning they help prevent overpronation, rolling too far to the inside of the foot.

Highlights
Treatment for Ingrown Toenail:
- Orthonyxia, a surgical technique that implants a small metal brace into the top of the nail, was as effective as traditional surgical techniques for preventing ingrown toenail from recurring, according to one study.
- A nonsurgical method for treating ingrown toenail with chemicals uses either sodium hydroxide or phenol, but one study shows that sodium hydroxide procedures have a better outcome and faster recovery than phenol procedures.
Treatment for Forefoot Pain:
- Ultrasound-guided injection of alcohol might provide relief from Morton's neuroma, according to one study. Symptoms improved in 94% of patients who had the treatment, a success rate comparable to that of surgery.
Treatment for Heel Pain:
- NSAIDs reduce pain and disability in people with plantar fasciitis when used with other techniques, such as night splints and stretching.
- Studies show that extracorporeal shockwave therapy provides a very small reduction in heel pain without side effects. It may be a good option for patients who haven't responded well to conservative treatment.
Work-related Foot Problems:
- An estimated 120,000 job-related foot injuries occur every year, about a third of them involving the toes.

Hooray for warmer weather and hooray for running outside. If you're sticking to softer surfaces such as woodsy trails or grass to protect your knees, then you've got to be careful about injuring your ankles. The best way to prevent achy ankles — or worse, a sprain — is to strengthen them.

If you're a runner, it's a must to know what type of pronator you are. Pronation refers to the way your foot rolls when it hits the ground, and there are three types: normal pronation, overpronation, and underpronation (aka supination). Figuring out your running pattern will help you buy the right kind of running shoe, which will not only make running more comfortable, but it can also prevent injury.

Earlier this year Balmain's £1000 ripped jeans caused quite a stir and although I find their price tag quite ridiculous, I can't shake the idea of ripped jeans from my mind! Fortunately for me, you can now get a very stylish pair for a lot less than that.
For a rock chick look opt for a skinny pair in faded denim.

If you take care of your feet, ankles, knees, and hips, you should be able to pound the pavement for a good long while. Sneakers are important — you just got to love your kicks. Running shoes are designed to not only to cushion the impact of each stride, but also to support your foot and, in some cases, help correct gait and faulty biomechanics.
