As we're all moving away from the unnatural these days we look for the obvious in the list of ingredients for trans fats (aka partially hydrogenated oils), but there are some additives that the Center for Science in the Public Interest also suggests that we should avoid all together that may have fallen through the cracks amidst all the trans fat talks. Here are a few that caught my eye.

I've been amazed all year at the amount of new and quality products that Bobbi Brown has been churning out this season alone! From their Autumn Nudes Collection, to their October lip and eye launches and their Ivy League Collection, I've literally wanted everything they've had on offer. And wait — there's more!

Model Amber Valletta's clothing collab with Monrow has dropped, and everyone's talking about it. Rachel Bilson was in attendance at the LA launch party at Ron Herman (in a white Monrow dress) — as were we! We got some one-on-one time with the gorgeous model-designer, in addition to codesigner Lia Davis and actress Lori Loughlin.

Along with the birthday cake and balloons, there's another reason mommies are jubilant on a child's first birthday — milk! When babes reach their 1-year mark, it most often means they can start chugging cow's milk instead of formula or in addition to breast milk. In most instances, it means mum can start stocking up on gallons of milk (about $8/week) rather than relying solely on the breast or expensive formula ($29/can).
