I am not in the habit of eating at fast-food joints regularly, but when traveling sometimes I just can't avoid them. Next time I'm on the road, I will be looking to feed my family at The Counter. New on the fast food scene, The Counter is going to revolutionize the way we eat burgers.

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and like to use those few minutes waiting for water to boil and veggies to steam by doing this stretch. It targets the shoulders, lats (sides of your upper back), hamstrings, and your lower back. It's a good one and is a great break while cooking dinner.

I've asked you how many times you like to have sex when in a relationship, but man, who knew they made a device to count the amount of times your guy can thrust in one sex session! I'm just in awe. This sex counter doubles as a penis ring, so it supposedly helps your man have a harder erection for longer.

I have seen a lot of calorie counter books. Usually they give you a good idea of what could be in foods you are eating, but they are never too accurate or familiar with all brands.
The CalorieKing Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter ($8.00, 2007 Edition) is fab!

While pregnant, it seemed like my unborn babies never stopped kicking, but for women who don't have in utero lil soccer players, the Kick Trak kick counter ($40) can help you keep tabs on your belly movements.
Star mamas like Jennifer Lopez have used the digital device to record how long it takes their baby to make ten movements, during their most active period of the day. Starting this practice at 24 weeks can help insure your baby's well being.

Hopefully you're all taking the Push-Up Challenge and working on doing as many as you can. Since you're so busy concentrating on correct form, it's hard to keep track of all the push-ups you're doing. Now you don't have to with this Push-Up Counter ($15).

I love the look of the Sundance Catalog's Midcentury Studio Stool ($245). The varnished raw steel has an understated, industrial look that seems as fitting for a bistro or bar counter as a kitchen or home office. At 27 inches tall and 17 inches wide, they're also a great size — big enough but not too hefty.

Do you ever wish that all foods, even restaurant foods, came with a nutritional label? I'm not sure that is going to happen any time soon, but until then you may want to invest in an electronic calculator.
CalorieSmart ($69) is an electronic (and portable) calorie calculator that provides you with the nutritional information of over 35,000 food items, including items from over 250 restaurants and 500 brands.

In this 700-square-foot Tribeca loft designed by Ghislaine Viñas, precision and simplicity rule the roost, along with one particular: pink. The owner, a life-long pink enthusiast, wanted to give her family home some personality with her beloved bright pink and magenta hues. So the focus of the living room is this bright '70s-style corner sectional, and white and light oak give the space lightness and a neutral background to tame the vibrancy of the furnishings.

The Tuesday night CW block made a particularly strong showing this week. Personally, I thought 90210 had one of its best episodes of the season — nice character development, a few teary moments, and some "oh no she didn't" disses. And as for Melrose Place, I've got two words for you: Heather Locklear.
