I am always looking for a new way to exercise and keep myself healthy. I've always thought about trying martial arts, partly to learn self-defense skills, but more for the mind and body strengthening aspect.
There are many styles including Stand-Up, Ground Fighting, Throwing, and Meditative.

As part of my New Year's resolutions, I vowed to try new things, so there I was — barefoot and in a room full of happy, chatty ladies, about to take a Nia class for the first time. I was excited because I had heard it integrated some of my favorite movements: dance, martial arts, and yoga. Once the music started, the instructor began demonstrating some simple movements to open the body.

Drug Approval
In 2007, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved lisdexamfetamine (Vysvanse), a new stimulant drug for the treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The active ingredient in lisdexamfetamine is similar to dextroamphetamine, the drug used in Dexedrine and Adderall.
Drug Warning
In 2007, the FDA instructed the manufacturers of all ADHD drugs to include drug warning labels describing the risks for heart and psychiatric side effects.
