I gaze out past the middle finger of my left hand into the Hollywood Hills as my right quad quivers holding Warrior 2. This is when Bob Harper, trainer from The Biggest Loser, says, "You might be feeling a bit of heat in your thigh right about now." In my opinion, achieving a sense of general well-being includes three vital components: incorporating a balanced and nutritious diet into your lifestyle, getting regular exercise, and getting enough sleep. Not surprisingly, most people are lacking in one or all of these areas, which is why I am thrilled to tell you about this new device that acts as your personal sleep coach — because we all know if we don't get enough sleep, diet and exercise tend to be the last things on our minds.

I run hot and cold on Bethenny Frankel, The Real Housewives of New York City's resident single gal. Often her one-liners are brilliant and her bits of wisdom spot-on. Like last night's observation about "trick guys" — the smart, nerdy guys who are still bitter about their lack of popularity in high school and are often douches in disguise.

We know and love her as the no nonsense Dr. Miranda Bailey on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, but in real life Chandra Wilson is a working mother of three —Serena, 15, Joy, 10, and Michael, 3, — just trying to get it right. The acclaimed actress signed on as the spokesperson for OTCsafety.org's campaign to educate herself and fellow parents on the safe use of over-the-counter cough and cold medications.

I really enjoy baking and find the weekends are a great time to make sweet things with my sweet things. My girls love baking too. When making sweet treats, I do try to substitute with healthy ingredients when I think I will not be sacrificing the texture and flavor too much.
