Taylor, Brad and Kid All Hit the CMT Stage in Style

For the second year in a row, Taylor Swift was the darling of the CMT Awards in Nashville last night. She took home both Best Video of the Year and Best Female Video for "Love Story" whereas last year she won both awards for "Our Song." Even with all eyes on adorable Taylor, Brad Paisley once again walked away with a few statues. Kid Rock also won the Wide Open Country Video award for "All Summer Long" and in his acceptance speech said, "I was supposed to thank two people and I already forgot who it was. . . I think this award has something to do with creativity, and what's more creative than a stripper pole on a pontoon boat?" Check out the winners here and all the photos from the big night below.

JT Shows Jess and Gerard His Wares While Peaches Parties

At New York Fashion Week yesterday, GQ's most stylish American man Justin Timberlake showed off his wares at his Willam Rast show. Jessica Biel was in supportive girlfriend mode and Gerard Butler and Emile Hirsch were prettying up the front row. Peaches Geldof was at the Alice + Olivia show with a male companion, while Milla Jovovich, Julia Stiles and Kanye West followed on from the weekend and continued to enjoy the shows. American Idol alumni Kat McPhee and Kellie Pickler also graced the tents with their presence, and Fab US and Bella US are still getting all the backstage gossip! Gorgeous Guys Join Front Row Beauties at NY Fashion Week

Bryant Park was the place to be over the weekend, with dozens of celebrities descending on the shows of New York Fashion Week. Usual suspects Mischa Barton, Milla Jovovich, Sarah Jessica Parker and Roisin Murphy took their places in the front row, while Fashion Week devotee Kanye West had some male company for a change at the Calvin Klein Menswear show, sitting alongside the gorgeous Jared Leto and Chace Crawford. Faces from our side of the pond enjoyed the Lacoste show: we'll no doubt see Will Cameron, Lily Collins and Dasiy Lowe back in the UK for London Fashion Week on Friday. My girl Fab UK has the lowdown on the catwalk clothes and Bella UK wants to know which makeup look is most wearable.

Carrie and Brad Make the CMAs a Nashville Night to Remember

The red carpet was fun, but the real action happened on stage at last night's CMA Awards. Reese was out to present Brad Paisley the award for Male Vocalist of the Year while Nicole Kidman left Keith's side for a minute to give out a statue alongside her Australia costar Hugh Jackman. Keith didn't take home any statues but he did perform his new single to kick off the show alongside the hosts for the night, Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley. Kid Rock brought a new edge to the show taking the stage with Lil' Wayne on the guitar. Shania Twain looked simply stunning. Carrie, who showed off many gorgeous gowns, scored Female Vocalist of the Year, but the night's big winner was Kenny Chesney once again - see the full list of winners here. The 42nd CMA Awards kept things fun, youthful and interesting out to perform and celebrate another year in country music together.

Speak Up: Why Do You Skip Meat?

Kellie Pickler recently explained that it was Carrie Underwood who turned her on to the health benefits of being a vegetarian. However, after researching the issue further, she decided to ditch the meat for animal rights as well.

While I do eat many meatless meals, I am not strictly an herbivore because I enjoy meat and love that chicken is a great source of lean protein. I know a lot of you guys are vegetarians though so I am curious why you skip the meat? Is it strictly for health reasons? Or does it have to do with something else? And if you do eat meat, I'm not leaving you out, what's your reasoning for keeping it in your diet? Speak up and share your thoughts below, just please remember that everyone has the right to their opinion (and food choices) - we're not here to judge or be judged.

Jess Takes the CMA Festival Stage With Fellow Country Stars

Jessica Simpson stepped up to the mic along with some of country music's biggest names to help kick off the 2008 CMA Music Festival in Nashville last night. Of course, Jess is no stranger to the stage, but there have to be some big-time nerves showcasing her new material to an audience who already has lots of preconceived notions about her. Considering the warm reception you all gave "Come on Over," hopefully it all went over great. Either way, she did it with a big old smile on her face, as did fellow blonde performers like Kellie Pickler, Jewel, and Taylor Swift. Jess will be taking her show to The View on June 25, which is just the beginning of promotion for the new album. Looks like we better get used to Jessica Simpson: country darling.

Cowboy Hats and Blonde Ladies Lead the Way at the AACMA

Last night Kenny Chesney was declared the Entertainer of the Year for the fourth year in a row at the 43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Vegas. Garth Brooks was also back in the limelight to receive the first-ever Crystal Milestone Award for his outstanding achievements. Performer Keith Urban didn't need a trophy to make him gush. The father-to-be expressed his excitement showing off Nicole's growing baby bump on the red carpet. Top new female vocalist, Taylor Swift got real wet with a chilling performance of "Should've Said No" where she was singing and dancing while water poured down on her. Winner for best female vocalist Carrie Underwood not only looked gorgeous in her many outfits, but she also showed her chic geeky side playing with the hottest new toy she plays on her tour bus - I gotta get me one of those.

Taylor Swift, Kellie Pickler Top CMT Awards

Taylor Swift won the night's biggest award and Kellie Pickler took home three trophies of her own Monday night at the 2008 CMT Music Awards in Nashville.

Swift's video for "Our Song" won both Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year, while Pickler won Tearjerker Video of the Year and Breakthrough of the Year for "I Wonder." Pickler also won the Performance of the Year award for her live performance of that song on the CMA Awards broadcast on ABC.

Sugarland, Rascal Flatts, Trace Adkins, and LeAnn Rimes were among the night's other winners. To check out the full list, just read more.
