Facebook isn't for everyone, but most of us like the way it keeps us in contact with friends and family — if you can figure out how to work it to your advantage. After the big hullabaloo over the last Facebook revamp, where users claimed that it was confusing and less efficient to use, you'd think that FB would give the facelifts a rest. The Presidential candidates worked the late-night talk show circuit during the 2008 campaign, making more than four times the number of appearances with Letterman, Jay Leno, Jon Stewart, and the likes than the 2004 lineup did, according to new research.
Candidates showed off their face-to-face skills with 110 appearances on late-night comedy shows, a sharp shoot up from 25 in 2004, according to the Center for Media and Public Affairs. Fifty of those spots occurred before the primary votes were even cast, offering the chance for candidates to show their comedic chops and create ideal YouTube or cable news sound bites.

If you like religious kitsch, then don't plan a trip to Singapore. After receiving complaints about a cosmetics line called Lookin' Good For Jesus, Topshop has pulled all of the products from its shelves. The line features lip balm (in "virtuous vanilla"), bubble bath ("Feel like you're walking on water!"), and a "King-size" tote bag, among other cheeky items.

Recently during one of my visits to the gym, I broke out the Agility Dots ($34.95 for 12) in hopes of breaking the boredom of yet another leg routine. Agility Dots are basically flat, nonslip rubber discs that you lay out in a way so that you can hit (or touch) them during agility training — we used them a lot in gym class in high school. I placed them in a clock like pattern (12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock), stood in the middle and did some dreaded round-the-clock lunges.
