If you've tried it a million times, and are constantly kicking your hands or crashing your booty into the ground, then you are probably frustrated.
Here's a trick to make your attempts successful and to strengthen your core muscles, which are vital for mastering the jump through.

Project codename wackdoodle - I think I'm the newest and squishiest Transformer.
However, I maybe the smartest Transformer cause I successfully got out of my expensive gym membership without paying any penalties. Go wack, it's your birthday (thank goodness it isn't - don't need to be 37 yet)!

The time most suitable for Yoga is in the morning before breakfast when the mind is calm and fresh and the movements can be done with ease and vitality.
The most important things you'll need to get started - as they say - are a big heart and a small ego.
A person must seek a place of quietude, which is well ventilated, free from dust, insects, unpleasant smell, draught, and moisture.

Sumo wrestlers were the main inspiration behind Wii Fit, Nintendo's latest attempt at getting you off the couch when you play video games.
Because they are so huge, sumo wrestlers need two scales to weigh themselves. Wii Fit's balance board works kind of like two scales fused together, which, as its designers found, makes it instantly more fun than just one.

There's nothing like getting a good stretch for the sides of your belly. Extended Side Angle pose is great for that, plus it really opens your hips and works the quad of your bent knee.
