This has become one of my favorite workout songs because the beat is so good for running. When I hear the lyrics they always remind me of Chuck Bass on Gossip Girl "I'm a five foot mirror for adoring himself"

I am one of those people who listens to music I wouldn't ordinarily listen to while working out. I like low key music at home or listening to the music in the car, but I need serious bass to power through a workout. I've been shuffling to these songs in particular recently:
Never Ever (Ciara)
Ego (Beyonce)
Knock You Down (Keri Hilson)
Forever (Drake)
Life In Marvelous Times (Mos Def)
Empire State of Mind (Jay Z)
Whatca Say (Jason DeRub)

Beyonce is nothing short of a glam goddess,on stage,on screen,on magazine.that ''single ladies''body?it doesn't come easy!the singer told the mag how she got in the best shape of her life for her current worl tour.
SHE PUTS IN THE WORK-the star works out five days a week with her trainer.those workouts include 100squats,step-ups and wlking lunges(each!).Good God,no wonder she looks so good,on top of that workout, she gets another kind of workout on stage every night with her dancing and singing at the same time.go Bey.
SHE MAKES IT FUN-an upper body workout can get boring(i know and painful too)with all those repetitions,so she added her own twist to it''i'll put on a song that i really like and do {biceps curls with} 5 pounds weight on the whole song''.or using 3pounds weights, she'll box for the lenght of one track.

dear sugar
for the past 6 or so months i've become friends with this amazing guy from college whom i've been crushing on for a really long time , but he confided in me that he likes this other girl who is totally not interested in him and that totally broke my heart but i accepted the fact that he just doesn't look at me that way and i promised ill help him get his girl.
for the first 2 or so months of our friendship he kept talking about her for hours and hours and kept gushing about how much he likes her.
for two months now we've grown pretty close, we talk to each other all day long, we call each other first thing in the morning and say goodnight to each other every night , we've even had a couple of fights and people who don't know that we're friends think we fight like couples do.

POOR Miss Piggy. Like most aging stars in Hollywood, that prima donna pig, along with most of her Muppet pals, has struggled to find substantial roles. Almost nobody under the age of 30 remembers “Pigs in Space.” All everyone wants to talk about is this Hannah Montana person.

Yes, you read that correctly, this week's challenge is called Mind Games. If you read my post from yesterday about my weekly fitness log, you may have had an inkling I would go this way with this week's post. What happened yesterday while I was at the gym is that I set a pretty difficult personal goal for myself to do a continuous 5k (3.1 mi) run at the treadmill at a steady pace.

Two pounds a week is the typically advised weight loss, but pro Tracy Anderson says she has worked out a way to safely shed even faster!
“It’s perfectly healthy,” the former dancer, 33, tells Us of her plan. And the results of her regime speak for themselves in the super-fit physiques of clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, not to mention her own transformation (the 5-foot mom dropped from 140 to 95 pounds).

Where's everyone's logs? We would love to start reading more than my stinking, boring workout logs. Anyone try out this week's fitness challenge move?
