When I discovered running I had short hair, but now it's so long that it's uncomfortable to wear up for a run. I don't wash it every day, so my main concern is keeping sweat out of it. That's why the most comfortable thing, a ponytail at the base of my neck, just won't work.

First Time Plopper
So after reading about plopping here: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/tips/to-plop-or-not-to-plop I decided to give it a shot this morning. My hair normally takes quite some time to air dry. I left the t shirt on for 45 minutes and my hair was still dripping wet. I am not sure I am plopping correctly.
