Hey Sugars...
I've hit a plateau in my weight loss :( I've lost just under 15lbs since March, and I have about 5lbs until I reach my goal weight! :woohoo: But, I can't seem to get rid of those last 5.

Fitness plateaus can be very discouraging. You have been working out extra hard and very regularly only to see little or no results. So what things can you do to break that plateau and start losing fat again?

I occassionally mention the fact that I had Gastric Bypass Surgery (Roux En Y to be specific).
It was not Stomach Stapling as people often try to refer to it. Stomach Stapling is a completely different old procedure from Roux En Y Gastric Bypass.

Hey gals,
I just wanted to share a message I sent to Fit on what I am dealing with recently on my weight loss. I want to get feedback from you to see what I am doing wrong and how I can break the scale just a lb. More or less this is what I am dealing with.
