Beyonce is nothing short of a glam goddess,on stage,on screen,on magazine.that ''single ladies''body?it doesn't come easy!the singer told the mag how she got in the best shape of her life for her current worl tour.
SHE PUTS IN THE WORK-the star works out five days a week with her trainer.those workouts include 100squats,step-ups and wlking lunges(each!).Good God,no wonder she looks so good,on top of that workout, she gets another kind of workout on stage every night with her dancing and singing at the same time.go Bey.
SHE MAKES IT FUN-an upper body workout can get boring(i know and painful too)with all those repetitions,so she added her own twist to it''i'll put on a song that i really like and do {biceps curls with} 5 pounds weight on the whole song''.or using 3pounds weights, she'll box for the lenght of one track.

Knowing your body type is crucial in understanding overall weight management. Here is a breakdown of the types.
People come in all shapes, but most can be placed into a particular category of body type, mesomorph, ectomorph, or endomorph.

Are you lacking the time to exercise? Are you short on money and can’t afford a gym membership? Do you lack workout equipment?

Hi everyone,
Hope you had a great week and stayed true to your fitness and health objectives while still enjoying yourselves. I have to admit I've been doing my fair share of icecream eating recently, but do my best to cut back a little in any other indulegences that day if possible and stick with the workout program I have been doing.
That being said, I've been doing this neat little trick to kick up my ab workouts and while at the beach the other day noticed that my abs are looking pretty toned and I think it's a good trick worth sharing:
So, in between sets of lifting weights (for upper body I'm mostly at the cable machine area of the gym or free weights but you could do this anywhere) I do some ab exercise.

Ok, so I really want to get in a post before I run out of time before I leave tomorrow before dawn for my trip to SLC for my friend's wedding. I am very proud to report that I have exercised as I planned for two weeks, every day (I will double check later to make sure that's true) since my boyfriend's visit! Who hoo!

I do all my workouts at 6am, strength training for 30 minutes, followed by cardio for 15-30 minutes. This is only on the day I do upper body workouts. If I do lower body, I don't do the cardio, because then the cardio just takes away all the muscle I just worked to build.

What do you feel is your best feature and what types of exercises do you do to work that body part?
I would have to say my favorite body part is my shoulders and arms. I don't directly work my shoulders, but with all the upper body work I do, my shoulders get worked a lot.
